The entire food area was dirty, lacked refills and although we had 30 until breakfast ended, there were no eggs, juice and coffee.

I interacted with 2 staff. I felt like a nuisance to the person at check in. When I went to explain that I couldn’t stay in the room, a different staff person was helpful in cancelling my stay.

There was nothing I liked about this La Quinta Inn. When I arrived, a pipe had burst and there was no water for over two hours. The garbage was overflowing in the lobby and common area trash containers. A dirty clothes cart sits permanently in the corner of the lobby. Filthy and disgusting are the two words I use to describe the common areas. There were visible stains everywhere on the floors. The hotel must not own a vacuum or a mop. The breakfast nook was horrifyingly dirty. The floors were sticky and filthy and I would guess that they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were visible grimy fingerprints on the pastry cases. When I went down to grab some creamer for my coffee, there was a barefoot person getting his breakfast. Two other people in the breakfast line looked strung out. I wouldn’t have eaten there if you paid me. Other filth issues—broken glass in a case holding the fire extinguisher, a thick, thick layer of black grime in a hallway where a vending machine once stood, and the bottom of the pool looked black.

I wasn't able to stay. Because supposedly they didn't have my reservation. They had a 45 min Windows to get me into a room and never did booking sent the email, so they are notified. The guy at the front desk was so rude that he spoke with me horribly, so um Profesional. And then went to the back to talk loudly crap about me with the coworker. I was just so mad. Decide, we just want to cancel the entire reservation and ask for my money back. Then, the next day, they called me and told me I needed to get my things out of the room I adv the lady who called me the entire situation and told her I never got a room then she asked if it was.okay to go through the room and take my things out after I told her I never stayed. I am so annoyed of what happened and how I was treated.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. So run down and am surprised that Wyndham would even be associated with a building in such poor shape.

Stayed in room 137. Gap in tub filled up with water as we showered. Bathroom flooded from underneath tub. Had to use all our towels to catch the water. Room smelled of mold, I assume from the interior walls getting wet. Bed was free of bugs but mattress was so discolored (yellowed). Sheet clean but covered in stain spots. Worst room I have ever stayed in. Contemplating calling the health department. Surely the mold/mildew smell alone has to be a hazard, code violation. Notified front desk. Never got a call back from management.
